About Us
Established in 2005 as Shanghai Asuka Trading Company, our company initially focused on serving as the exclusive distributor of Japanese-made stainless steel universal joints.
In 2009, we restructured to become Shanghai Asuka Electromechanical Co., Ltd., expanding our operations to include manufacturing complementary products for stainless steel universal joints and supplying various components for lighting fixtures to Japanese clients.
In 2020, we established a new Electronics Division dedicated to developing and producing latching relays for smart home systems. Building on this expertise, we began developing and manufacturing latching relays for new energy electric vehicle charging equipment in 2024.
